2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

🚫 Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

3. Refund Process

If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund as follows:

🔹 Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
